Delivery times & Shipping
For orders within the UK
All orders are posted within 7 working days and sent First Class through the Royal Mail. I will email you to let you know when your order has been dispatched, you should receive your order by the next working day but please allow 3 to 5 days from the date of posting. For orders outside of the UK
I am able to ship my jewellery worldwide. Your order will be posted within 7 working days, please select your country when placing your order and the shipping charge will be added accordingly. Please allow at least a week from date of dispatch for your order to arrive. If you have any queries please conact me sales@blackberrywinter.co.uk.
Last minute orders
If you require an item for an urgent special occasion please contact me prior to ordering to avoid disappointment and make sure that I can get your order to you in time.
Colours
If you would like a piece in a colour not shown in the shop please email me prior to ordering. I can usually create each piece in the colour of your choice but it's best to email before placing your order to avoid disappointment.
Returns
