How do I know which length necklace to order?
I recommend the use of a tailors tape measure to work how out long you would like the necklace. Simply place it round your neck and measure the length at the point you would like the necklace to sit. For pendant pieces don't forget to take into account the length of the pendant as shown on the website.
Alternatively if you don't have a tailors tape measure to hand you could measure one of your current necklaces that fits comfortably.
All necklaces are offered in 3 lengths, however if you require a different length then please notify me when placing your order and I will be happy to create it to your specifications.
How do I notify you of special requirements when placing an order?
If you would like an item created in a different colour to that shown in the shop or with a specific ribbon length, you can add these details at the "Review Order" stage of the checkout by selecting the "Add special instructions to merchant" link.
How long will I have to wait to receive my jewellery?
As each piece of jewellery is handmade to order, please allow 14-28 days for delivery. I aim to send out items as quickly as possible but will never rush a piece as I want you to be delighted with your Blackberry Winter jewellery. If your purchase is for a special occassion please email me before ordering to ensure that I can get it to you by the date required.
How can I pay?
I can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal account payments. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase from Blackberry Winter.
How much is postage and packaging?
As the items are very delicate they require lots of careful packing. I therefore charge a small sum of £2.50 per order (£3 for sets) to cover this and the Royal Mail speedily delivering your new earth-friendly accessory to you 1st Class! I will notify you upon sending your parcel.
If you are ordering from outside the UK please be aware that delivery will take at least 5 days from the date you are notified that your parcel has been posted.
All packaging is recyclable & biodegradable and so please reuse it where you can or pop it in your recycle box or composter!.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes!! I'm happy to send your Blackberry Winter purchase to wherever you are in the world! We all need some earth-friendly happiness! Just make sure you allow at least 5 days from the date of posting for your parcel to arrive.
Can I return my purchase if I’m not completely happy with it?
I hope that there will never be an occasion where your purchase is not to the standard you expected but I will be happy to give you an exchange or a refund within 14 days from the delivery date if you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery. If you require an exchange, please note that it will take 10-14 days for a new piece to be made. However if in the unlikely event there is fault with the item then I will fix this for you at no additional cost. Simply send it back to me and I will repair it and return it to you as good as new!
When making a return if you could please email me to request a returns form, fill it out and return it to me along with the item. If you could let me know why you are returning the item – your comments and feedback are very important to me.
